Homemade Waffles

Instructions
- Preheat the waffle iron and prepare desired toppings.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and egg.
- In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Scoop ½ cup of batter for each waffle into the waffle maker and cook for about 4 minutes, or until golden brown and lightly crisp.
- Serve with desired toppings.
