Wet Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the waffle iron to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, almond milk, and vanilla.
- Add the flour, protein powder, baking powder, and baking soda, and mix until combined.
- Stir in the melted coconut oil and mix again.
- Lightly spray the waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour about ½ cup of batter onto the waffle maker, close, and flip.
- Cook for about 1½ to 2 minutes, then check if it needs more time.
- Remove the waffle with non-stick tongs and let cool for a few minutes.
