Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron.
- In a blender, combine banana, eggs, oats, protein powder, olive oil, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla, salt, and water, and blend until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Grease the waffle iron and pour ⅓ cup of batter into the center.
- Close the lid and cook until the waffle is golden brown and releases easily.
- Repeat with remaining batter to make about 5 waffles.
- Serve warm with desired toppings and store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.
