Instructions
- Blend the oats and protein powder until smooth and pulverized.
- Add the eggs, bananas, and vanilla extract to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the baking powder and blend for a few seconds.
- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pour large spoonfuls of the batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
- Gently flip the pancakes and cook for another minute.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
