Ingredients

  • cup whey protein powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Blend the oats and protein powder until smooth and pulverized.
  2. Add the eggs, bananas, and vanilla extract to the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the baking powder and blend for a few seconds.
  4. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Pour large spoonfuls of the batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
  7. Gently flip the pancakes and cook for another minute.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
