Instructions
- Blend the banana, eggs, oats, baking powder, and salt in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and grease it with butter or oil.
- Pour a scant ¼ cup of batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Flip the pancake and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as necessary.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
