Instructions

  3. Pour a scant ¼ cup of batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Flip the pancake and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as necessary.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
