Instructions
- Blend the bananas, eggs, oat milk, rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Heat the avocado oil in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter into the pan for each pancake and fry for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
- Flip the pancakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side until golden.
