Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Instructions
- Grind the oats in a blender.
- Add the mashed banana, Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, honey, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
- Blend until smooth and let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low and lightly grease it.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet and cook until the edges look dry, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat until all batter is used and serve warm with desired toppings.
