Instructions
- Mix the flour, eggs, milk (or water), and sugar in a bowl until smooth.
- In a pan, heat butter and cook the sliced bananas until softened.
- Grease a frying pan and pour in a portion of the batter, swirling to coat the surface.
- Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
- Transfer the pancake to a plate, fill with banana filling, and fold.
- Top with berries and drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
