Banana Pancakes

The batter

Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Heat a nonstick skillet and brush lightly with oil.
- Pour ⅓ cup of batter for each pancake into the skillet.
- Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve with maple syrup.
