Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt) in a large bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients (egg, milk, vanilla, oil, and mashed bananas) and stir until combined.
- Melt butter on a non-stick griddle over medium heat.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2 to 3 minutes, then flip and cook until golden, about 1 to 2 minutes more.
- Serve immediately with maple syrup and banana slices.
