Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
- Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low and brush with oil.
- Pour ⅓ cup of batter for each pancake into the skillet and cook until bubbles form.
- Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
