Banana Pancakes

Instructions
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together bananas, milk, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, add the wet mixture, and stir gently until combined.
- Fold in melted butter gently.
- Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat, greasing if desired.
- Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle.
- When bubbles form on the first side, flip and brown the second side.
- Repeat with remaining batter to make about 8 pancakes.
- Serve hot with butter and maple syrup or whipped cream and bananas.
