Healthy Banana Pancakes

Instructions
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
- Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and coat with butter or nonstick spray.
- Pour a heaping ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle and cook until edges are set and holes form on the surface.
- Flip the pancake and cook until done, about 1-2 more minutes.
- Keep pancakes warm in a low oven until all are cooked.
- Serve immediately with desired toppings.
