Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures, stirring until just combined.
- Heat a skillet or griddle and mist with cooking spray.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form.
- Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with desired toppings.
