Instructions
- Preheat the waffle iron.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Grease the waffle iron with spray oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the waffle iron.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the waffles are done.
- Carefully remove the waffle and repeat with the remaining batter to make a total of 5 waffles.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
