The batter

Toppings

toppings (maple syrup, jam, apple butter, etc.)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Preheat the waffle maker and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the waffle maker and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Repeat until all batter is used.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
