Homemade Cheez Whiz Sauce (optional)

Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan and whisk in flour to create a roux.
- Slowly add milk while whisking, then stir in grated cheese until melted.
- Season the cheese sauce with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the thinly sliced steak with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until soft and caramelized.
- Drain excess juices from the meat and veggies, then pat dry.
- Spread Cheez Whiz sauce on each tortilla, then layer with steak, onions, and peppers.
- Top with another tortilla and cook in a skillet with oil or butter until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat for remaining quesadillas.
