Cheesy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients

The meat and sauce

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 36 ounces marinara sauce

The pasta and cheese

  • 25 ounces frozen ravioli
  • 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat and add the ground beef, crumbling it with a spoon.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion, Italian seasoning, and salt, cooking for about 7 minutes until the meat is fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. 3. Spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray and spread ¾ cup of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  4. 4. Layer half of the frozen ravioli, half of the meat mixture, ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, and half of the remaining marinara sauce.
  5. 5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, meat mixture, ½ cup of cheese, and the remaining sauce.
  6. 6. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
  7. 7. Sprinkle the top with the remaining 1 ½ cups of mozzarella cheese and cook for an additional 30 minutes until melted and bubbly.
