  • 2 ¾ cups Chicken Broth, low sodium
  • 1-2 (17 oz) package Gnocchi
  • 2 cups Pasta Sauce

  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. Sauté the olive oil in the Instant Pot.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the sausage and break it up, mixing it with the onions.
  4. 4. Stir in the red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. 5. Pour in the chicken broth and deglaze the pot.
  6. 6. Layer the gnocchi over the sausage mixture without stirring.
  7. 7. Pour the pasta sauce over the gnocchi, covering it.
  8. 8. Seal the lid and set to Pressure Cook for 3 minutes.
  9. 9. After cooking, let it naturally release for 5 minutes, then do a controlled quick release.
  10. 10. Stir the gnocchi and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  11. 11. Garnish and serve.
