Instructions
- 1. Sauté the olive oil in the Instant Pot.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
- 3. Add the sausage and break it up, mixing it with the onions.
- 4. Stir in the red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- 5. Pour in the chicken broth and deglaze the pot.
- 6. Layer the gnocchi over the sausage mixture without stirring.
- 7. Pour the pasta sauce over the gnocchi, covering it.
- 8. Seal the lid and set to Pressure Cook for 3 minutes.
- 9. After cooking, let it naturally release for 5 minutes, then do a controlled quick release.
- 10. Stir the gnocchi and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- 11. Garnish and serve.
