Cucumber Sandwiches

The sandwich

soft wheat bread

whole
fresh cucumber, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese on two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, cream cheese side down.
- Cut the sandwiches into quarters and serve.
