Ingredients

The filling

  • 2 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper

The sandwich

  • 4 slices soft wheat bread
  • ½ whole fresh cucumber, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese on two slices of bread.
  4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, cream cheese side down.
  5. Cut the sandwiches into quarters and serve.
