Ingredients

  • 21 slices bread
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • ½ english cucumber cut into ¼" slices

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread into circles using a cookie cutter that matches the size of the cucumber slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, and dill until well blended.
  3. Spread ½ tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on each round slice of bread.
  4. Top each slice with a cucumber slice and a portion of smoked salmon, garnishing with fresh dill.
  5. Repeat the process until all sandwiches are assembled.
  6. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve or serve immediately.
