Easy Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 8 ounces smoked salmon, flaked

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, dill, and salt in a food processor and pulse to a chunky consistency.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and gently stir in the flaked salmon until incorporated.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve chilled with baguette slices, crackers, bagel chips, or cucumber slices, or as a spread with bagels and toppings.
