Ingredients

  • 6 ounce smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • cup mayonnaise
  • cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon red onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • ½ teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the smoked salmon.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir with a wooden spoon to combine until the mixture is slightly liquidy.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve best with baguette slices.
