Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 200 g Philadelphia cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup fresh dill
  • ½ clove garlic
  • tsp lemon zest
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, starting with 1 tbsp of lemon juice and a small pinch of salt.
  2. Blend until fairly smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust lemon juice and salt as necessary, then blend briefly again.
  4. Transfer the dip to a bowl, garnish with lemon slices and extra dill if desired.
  5. Serve at room temperature with crackers or crostinis.
