Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor, starting with 1 tbsp of lemon juice and a small pinch of salt.
- Blend until fairly smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust lemon juice and salt as necessary, then blend briefly again.
- Transfer the dip to a bowl, garnish with lemon slices and extra dill if desired.
- Serve at room temperature with crackers or crostinis.
