Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup finely shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pkg. McCormick Guacamole Seasoning Mix
  • 1-2 Tbsp milk, as needed
  • 4 oz. smoked salmon, skin and bones removed, flaked
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onions, plus more for topping

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream cheese in a bowl until fluffy.
  2. Blend in the cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and seasoning mix until combined.
  3. Mix in enough milk to reach the desired consistency.
  4. Fold in the smoked salmon and green onions.
  5. Chill for 1 hour or until ready to serve, garnishing with more green onions.
