The pasta

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Chop the cauliflower and sprinkle with broth or oil, then spread on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes until slightly crisp.
- Meanwhile, boil the potato and onion until soft.
- Once the cauliflower, potato, and onion are done, blend them with all other ingredients (except pasta) until smooth.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse.
- Return the pasta to the pot and pour the sauce over it, mixing over low heat until thick and gooey.
- Serve immediately.
