Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey or sugar-free sweetener

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or mason jar and mix until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Before serving, stir again and add your favorite toppings.
