Easy Chicken Parm Soup

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Cook onions until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until garlic is golden.
- Stir in tomato paste and cook until it begins to caramelize.
- Add chicken broth and crushed tomatoes, then bring to a simmer and cover for 8 minutes.
- Stir in pasta, basil, and oregano, cooking until pasta is al dente.
- Mix in cooked chicken and Parmesan until warmed through.
- Serve in bowls topped with mozzarella.
