Instructions
- Heat the grill or skillet to high heat and melt the butter.
- Sauté the minced garlic for one minute.
- Add the cauliflower rice and mixed vegetables, spreading them out to cook until crispy.
- Splash in the Japanese BBQ sauce and mix it into the rice and veggies.
- Pour the beaten eggs onto the griddle and mix them into the rice once cooked.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- Combine everything in a large bowl, drizzle with more BBQ sauce, and garnish with green onions.
