Instructions
- Line a mini muffin tin with 12 mini cupcake/muffin liners.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave or using a double boiler.
- Spoon melted chocolate into each muffin liner, covering the bottom and ¾ of the way up the sides.
- Freeze for about 10 minutes to set.
- Add about ½ tablespoon of caramel into each cup.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate over each cup to cover completely.
- Freeze again for another 10 to 30 minutes, then peel off the liners and enjoy.
