Paleo Chocolate Cups with Caramel

The caramel filling

Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring well between 30-second bursts.
- Spoon the chocolate mixture into paper-lined muffin tins, pressing it up the sides to create a shell.
- Freeze the chocolate cups for 10 minutes.
- Add about ½ tablespoon of caramel filling into each chocolate cup.
- Cover the caramel with more chocolate and sprinkle with Fleur de sel.
- Freeze again for about 10 minutes before gently peeling off the liners.
