Ingredients

The filling

  • ½ cup strawberry coconut butter
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour

The chocolate

  • 2 cups vegan chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

For garnish

  • 4-5 pieces fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
  2. Spoon the melted chocolate into a paper-lined muffin tin, covering the bottom and sides.
  3. Freeze the chocolate cups for 10 minutes.
  4. Combine the strawberry coconut butter, maple syrup, and coconut flour in a bowl and mix well.
  5. Spoon the filling into the chilled chocolate cups, flattening it slightly.
  6. Cover the filling with more melted chocolate and place a fresh strawberry slice on top.
  7. Freeze for an additional 10 minutes before gently peeling off the liners.
