Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
- Spoon the melted chocolate into a paper-lined muffin tin, covering the bottom and sides.
- Freeze the chocolate cups for 10 minutes.
- Combine the strawberry coconut butter, maple syrup, and coconut flour in a bowl and mix well.
- Spoon the filling into the chilled chocolate cups, flattening it slightly.
- Cover the filling with more melted chocolate and place a fresh strawberry slice on top.
- Freeze for an additional 10 minutes before gently peeling off the liners.
