Baked Mexican Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

Instructions
- 1. Cut each string cheese in half and freeze for at least 1 hour.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and olive oil spray.
- 3. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with a mixture of panko, chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, and oregano.
- 4. Coat each frozen cheese piece in flour, dip in egg, and roll in the panko mixture until fully coated.
- 5. Place the coated cheese sticks on the prepared baking sheet and repeat until all are done.
- 6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and begins to seep out, then serve immediately with salsa.
