Instructions
- Slice each piece of cheese in half and freeze until solid.
- Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg and water, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Dredge frozen cheese sticks in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded sticks on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and olive oil spray.
- Bake the cheese sticks for 6 to 8 minutes until golden and heated through.
- Let cool for a few minutes and serve with dipping sauce.
