Ingredients

The salad

  • 1 5 ounce package mixed baby greens or baby arugula
  • ½ package blackberries (3 ounces total)
  • ½ package raspberries (3 ounces total)
  • 15 pieces pecan halves

The vinaigrette

  • 1 tablespoon Champagne vinegar
  • teaspoon kosher salt
  • to taste freshly ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until emulsified.
  3. Toss the mixed greens with the vinaigrette and place them in a salad bowl.
  4. Top the salad with blackberries, raspberries, and pecans.
  5. Serve immediately.
