The dressing

Instructions
- Blend all dressing ingredients except oil and poppy seeds until smooth.
- With the blender running, add oil in a steady stream.
- Transfer dressing to a container and whisk in poppy seeds, then refrigerate.
- In a large bowl, toss together salad ingredients.
- Serve by tossing salad with dressing or allowing individuals to drizzle it on.
