Ingredients

Vinaigrette

  • ¼ cup Gorgonzola crumbles
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • cup candied walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by combining olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper in a jar and mix well.
  2. Arrange the mixed greens in a large bowl.
  3. Slice the pears, discarding the core, and fan the slices over the greens.
  4. Top the salad with Gorgonzola crumbles, dried cranberries, and candied nuts.
