Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, add the spring mix.
- Add the sliced pears, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, and crumbled blue cheese.
- In a separate glass measuring cup, mix together all of the dressing ingredients.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well combined.
- Serve immediately.
