Ingredients

The salad

  • 16 oz spring salad mix
  • 2 pears, sliced
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 5 oz dried cranberries
  • 5 oz crumbled blue cheese

The dressing

  • cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, add the spring mix.
  2. Add the sliced pears, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, and crumbled blue cheese.
  3. In a separate glass measuring cup, mix together all of the dressing ingredients.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well combined.
  5. Serve immediately.
