Instructions
- Heat olive oil and minced garlic in a saucepan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

- Let the sauce simmer for 20 minutes to thicken.
- Remove from heat and allow the sauce to cool completely.
- Use immediately or store for later.
