Ingredients
The meat and vegetables

The sauce and cheese

McCormick Au Jus sauce

Instructions
- Dissolve the Au Jus packet in 3 cups of cold water in a crockpot, then add the roast.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- One hour before serving, shred the beef and slice the peppers and onions, then add them to the crockpot.
- Once finished, remove meat and veggies with a slotted spoon.
- Place mozzarella slices on buns and broil until melted and lightly browned.
- Fill the rolls with the meat and veggies, and serve with Au Jus sauce for dipping.
