Instant Pot Beef and Vegetable Soup

Instructions
- 1. Heat the Instant Pot by pressing the Sauté button and add avocado oil.
- 2. Once hot, add the ground beef and onion, sauté until the beef is no longer pink.
- 3. Add diced tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Pour in the beef broth and stir to combine.
- 5. Lock the lid and set to cook for 10 minutes under high pressure.
- 6. After cooking, manually release the pressure.
- 7. Stir in the frozen corn and serve.
