Pizza-Stuffed Spaghetti Squash

Primal Kitchen Tomato Basil Marinara Sauce

pepperoni, cut into small pieces

shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese (optional)

fresh basil, finely sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti squash using your preferred method and set aside to cool.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, heat avocado oil and sauté onions, peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms until softened.
- Add garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink and veggies are tender.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and combine well.
- Add the spaghetti squash, pepperoni, and half of the cheese (if using) to the pan and mix.
- Stuff the mixture back into the squash shells or place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
