Supreme Pizza Stuffed Spaghetti Squash

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Drizzle with olive oil and rub it into the squash, then place cut side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until tender when poked with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and use a fork to scrape the squash into spaghetti strands.
- Preheat the oven to HIGH broiler.
- Top each squash half with tomato basil pasta sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, mushrooms, green pepper, and red onion.
- Broil for 5-6 minutes until the cheese is melted and pepperoni is crispy.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
