Wild Rice Pilaf

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chopped onion, celery, and carrots; cook until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 30-60 seconds.
- Add the brown rice and wild rice blend; toast for about a minute.
- Pour in the broth, stir, and bring to a boil.
- Cover the pan, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 45 minutes until the rice is tender.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
