Buffalo Cauliflower Dip

Instructions
- 1. In a dutch oven, steam the chopped cauliflower with water for 8-10 minutes.
- 2. Turn off the heat and drain the cauliflower.
- 3. Stir in the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- 4. Mix in ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- 5. Pour the mixture into an 8x8 baking dish and top with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- 6. Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F.
