Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine cauliflower rice and water, cover, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in hot sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch or blue cheese dressing, and continue stirring until hot and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and serve hot with carrots, celery sticks, or crackers.
