Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower pieces with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through, and check for doneness with a fork.
- If desired, toss the roasted bites with additional buffalo sauce after baking.
- Serve with ranch dressing, bleu cheese dressing, carrots, and celery sticks.
