The Sauce

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix flour, water, salt, garlic powder, cayenne, and paprika until smooth.
- 3. Add cauliflower florets to the batter and coat evenly.
- 4. Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
- 5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
- 6. In another bowl, combine hot sauce and melted butter.
- 7. Pour the sauce over the baked cauliflower and toss to coat.
- 8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until crispy.
- 9. Serve with carrots, celery, and blue cheese dressing.
