Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

The cauliflower

cauliflower, chopped into florets
The sauce

hot sauce (such as Frank’s buffalo sauce)

canola oil or your oil of choice

maple syrup or agave syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, salt, and paprika, then whisk in the almond milk to create a smooth batter.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and coat them evenly.
- Spread the coated cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- While the cauliflower is baking, combine the hot sauce, oil, and maple syrup in a small bowl.
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, transfer it to a mixing bowl and toss with the hot sauce mixture.
- Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 2–3 minutes until the sauce is bubbling.
- Serve hot.
