Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and stir until evenly coated.
- Arrange the coated cauliflower on the baking sheets in a single layer, ensuring they are not crowded.
- Bake the cauliflower for 20 minutes until dry and slightly crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix the hot sauce, olive oil, and honey (if using).
- Once baked, toss the cauliflower in the hot sauce mixture until well coated.
- Return the cauliflower to the baking sheets and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
