Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F and line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the coated cauliflower on the baking sheets in a single layer, ensuring they are not crowded.
  5. Bake the cauliflower for 20 minutes until dry and slightly crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the hot sauce, olive oil, and honey (if using).
  7. Once baked, toss the cauliflower in the hot sauce mixture until well coated.
  8. Return the cauliflower to the baking sheets and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
